  • Most orders placed before 1PM EST will ship same business day.
  • If the order is unable to be processed and shipped the same day and is listed as "In Stock" the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours from time of order.
  • All orders placed on Friday will be shipped Monday or the next business day if a holiday is the next day.
  • All Special Order pieces will be shipped upon arrival of the product or as requested by the purchaser.
  • Any orders placed over the phone and paid by check, cash, or money order are not subject to the listed quantity of product at the time of order. It is subject to the listed quantity at the time payment is received.
  • Saturday delivery is only available upon request. For Saturday delivery please contact us ay 888-711-VITA
  • Customer has 3 business days to report any missing or damaged parts from date of receiving any merchandise.
  • All Canada orders must be placed via phone.
  • Shipping Time is calculated in BUSINESS DAYS, and does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and/or FEDEX/UPS shipping holidays.
  • Dr Satori Rx reserves the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Dr Satori Rx has a no-hassle return policy. No purchase is complete until you are satisfied. We are confident that upon receipt of your merchandise you will find that it matches your order exactly. If for any reason you decide not to keep your merchandise, you can return it to us within 30 days of ship date when accompanied with its proper documentation and for a full refund of the purchase price (shipping, insurance, and handling charges are non-refundable).

Returned orders which qualified for free shipping will have the shipping charges deducted from the refund amount. Returned orders must be accompanied by all FREE items which may have been included with the order - any missing items will be deducted from the refund amount based on the items value as stated on the website.

We unfortunatly can't accept returns past 30 days. In order for returns to be processed, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the package. The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Packages without RMA numbers will not be accepted. To receive an RMA number e-mail sales@drsatorirx.com. We want you to know you can try any product as risk free as possible and we hope you find our service will meet or exceed your expectations.
